Construction Project Manager – Healthcare/Hospital/Medical (Nashville, TN)

ABOUT THE JOB:

Our client is a leader in the U.S. commercial construction industry, providing general contracting, at-risk construction management, and design-build services.

This position requires that your perform on-site Construction Project Manager services – primarily related to a large number of hospital-related renovation projects – in support of a long-standing, Nashville-based Healthcare organization.

This support will include but not be limited to: project oversight, scheduling, work performance quality, safety oversight, coordination effectiveness, and oversee all planning, subcontractors and design progress. Evaluate contracts, review specifications, manage change orders, meet daily with on-site contractors performing construction and attend construction meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 8 years experience with major and minor construction
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Construction Project Management
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare/Hospital/Medical Construction and/or Renovation
• Must have highly developed verbal communication skills, as position requires regular communication with hospital administrators, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• College degree preferred, however technical training and extensive experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

National Account Manager | Nashville | 75% US Travel | $50-75k | resumes@fivechairs.com

FiveChairs is currently seeking a National Account Manager for a prominent and successful Nashville-area company. You will be based in Nashville but will be traveling three (3) nights a week throughout the U.S.

Our client is in the business services sector and you will be in a sales/account management role – with over 65% of revenue coming from renewals with pre-existing accounts. Our client is NOT in the telecommunications or financial services sector. We will be happy to share information on our client and their services, ONLY IF if is determined that you are fully qualified for the position.

Our client will begin interviews almost immediately, so don’t delay. Paid training will begin in early May.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least One (1) year of successful sales experience (preferably B2B sales)
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be open to overnight travel – 3 nights a week – throughout the U.S.. All expenses paid by company.
(You will fly out every Monday and return to Nashville on Thursday afternoon/evening)
• Due to company provided auto rentals, you must have a relatively clean driving record (No DUIs)

COMPENSATION:
Realistic First Year, $50k – $75k (Base + Commission). Includes an attractive benefits package.

FiveChairs is currently seeking a PERMANENT Client Software Implementation Project Manager for a Nashville-area software company. You will be spearheading project management for client software implementations – throughout North America – making certain that everything goes smoothly. Some travel may be required, but this would be infrequent.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver medium to large-scale technology implementations – on time and within budget. This position requires a strong IT technology background, excellent client management skills, and experience in leading projects and cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of software implementation and project management experience, ideally involving enterprise software projects for external clients.
• Successful candidates must be capable of working on concurrent complex projects and able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of an organization – internally and externally.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.


COMPENSATION:
$80k – $115k, depending on experience. Includes an attractive benefits package.
