
Our client, a well-known company in the Greater Nashville area, has hired us to find a VP / Director, Corporate Communications.
In a nutshell, you should have national B2B corporate communications experience, exceptional writing skills and the proven ability to aggressively pitch stories to national media outlets. In other words, this is a roll-your-sleeves up position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of public relations or B2B corporate communications experience
- Experience working with senior executives
- Experience leading communications strategy planning and execution
- History of anticipating issues and the skills to be strategic, proactive and aggressive
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to develop and execute multi-platform communications strategies
- Ability to think creatively, approach communications from new angles, and manage both up and down within the organization
